- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any issues or delays.
- Monitor and analyze key logistics performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with logistics service providers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Supervise and develop a team of logistics staff.
- Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and international logistics regulations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
