Job Description

www.pulz.co.inis Urgently Hiring for Logistic Coordinator (exp-1-2 yr)

Role Description

Surface and air transport on national level.

Sea and air transport on international level

Regulations, and tax compliance for moving cargo nationally an internationally.

Imports, Exports and custom formalities.

Co-ordination between factory accounts, sales persons and end customer.

Co-ordination with overseas supplier, freight forwarder, CHA and production department.

Negotiation of rates for various sectors with freight forwarders and CHA.

Coordination with the freight forwarders and ensure logistics as per promised time frames.

Plan dispatch schedule as per orders.

Implement necessary proper marking on consignment.

Prepare supporting outward documents.

Arrange for labour & transport for lifting consignment.

Line up with transport agency for tracking consignment in transit.

Interact with consignee to ensure intact receipt of consignment and obtain POD.

COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS :

Bill verification of supplier for payments.

Prepare credit and debit notes.

Periodic evaluation of transporters performance v/s agreement.

Qualifications

Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management skills required
Strong Analytical Skills
Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in logistics or supply chain roles
Knowledge of electronics or audio industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
