Position Overview: Our team at Vitaly Health is looking for a Vascular Surgery NP/PA to join our Medical Center on an ongoing Locum Tenens basis, with a start date of July 2025. Requirements

• Board Certified
• Licensed in All States
• BLS Certification Required
• Fellowship Status Preferred
• Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
• EPIC Preferred
