Job Description
We are building a new startup lender (called F2 Finance ), focussed on the short term residential ?fix & flip' bridging finance market in the US.
We are looking for an experienced loan officer to join our team. You will need to have 2+ years of experience, specifically in residential fix & flip lending.
As a loan officer you will be involved in driving loans through the full life cycle, from assisting with the initial enquiry and information gathering, through to successful loan drawdown.
You will be results orientated, and be a team player. You will act as the ultimate support for our business development managers, and loan underwriters.
Candidates must have experience with fix & flip / hard money lending.
This is primarily an office based role, from our offices in Santa Monica CA.

You will have:

- expert knowledge of the product life cycle, from enquiry through to loan completion

The ideal candidate will also have:
- at least 2+ years working in the residential bridging finance market.
