Litigation Paralegal

Kuhn Raslavich PA is seeking a Litigation Paralegal. Included but not limited to: Responsibilities New client intake Drafting and preparing summons Draft and file legal documents and pleadings in State and Federal Courts Draft, file, and serve discovery Organize and manage Attorney(s) calendar Schedule depositions/hearings/mediations/arbitrations Clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, judicial employees, and team members Use of and data entry into firm's case management software Assists with the settlement process Qualifications 3-4 years of Florida paralegal experience preferred Knowledge of State Court rules and procedures Familiarity with State and Federal Court filing systems Familiarity with legal terminology, drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal documents Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not requiredrequired Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
