Job Description
We are seeking an Associate with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills that are interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge Mass Tort cases. Candidates with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience who are truly committed to sharing Burg Simpson?s core values are encouraged to apply. This position will work closely with other senior attorneys on complex Mass Tort cases collaborating with senior attorneys, other associates, and legal staff in developing case management strategies for complex legal issues. SALARY RANGE: $100,000 ? $105,000, salary within the range is commensurate with the candidate?s level of experience.
