Richards, Watson & Gershon (?RWG?) invites candidates with 3+ 4++ years of litigation experience to apply for a position representing public agencies, primarily, as part of our Litigation Department.Department. RWG is a 70-year-old law firm, and a leader in the practice of public agency law. We seek candidates with litigation experience including writing and arguing dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and preparing and responding to written discovery. RWG litigators work on some of the most complex and important issues affecting Californians today, including CEQA, municipal code enforcement, water rights, constitutional and civil rights issues, and labor and employment. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, California Bar membership, superior research and writing skills and a commitment to professional excellence. Candidates will be considered for the Firm's Los Angeles office.

The salary range for this position is $144,200 $150,000 ? $169,300, $195,000 and represents the Firm's best estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation offered will depend upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, familiarity with relevant subject matters, litigation skill set, and business origination. RWG offers a reasonable and realistic billable hours requirement. Our culture is based on collegiality, diversity and inclusiveness, and mutual respect.
