Job Description


Role Description This is a full-time role for a litigation attorney at Woodruff & Smart. The litigation attorney will be responsible for preparing pleadings and discovery, appearing at hearings, taking and defending depositions, and researching and writing motions. Trial experience and experience with representing public entities a plus. This is a hybrid role, with the primary location being in Costa Mesa, CA, but with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in California Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3+ years of litigation experience Case management experience and ability to multitask Woodruff & Smart offers unique opportunities for growth and mentorship in a fun, collaborative, and professional environment, along with the opportunity to work remotely several days each week.
