Law Firms,? is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of defense litigation experience, to join our Consumer Financial Services Practice Group. This position offers a remote work arrangement, providing flexibility while being part of a collaborative, nationally recognized legal team.
Ideal candidates will have a background in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling, and will bring a proactive, strategic mindset to a fast-paced and growing practice. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction; multiple bar admissions a plus
Federal and state court experience required
Background in defense-side consumer financial services litigation preferred
Experience developing case strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus
Excellent academic credentials
Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
