From general litigation to litigation in highly specialized areas of law, Williams Parker counsels and guides clients through pre-litigation, administrative proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, trial, post-trial, and the totality of the litigation process. Our trust and estate litigators are skilled in the unique rules and procedures that apply when estate and trust administrations are challenged and are supported by our sophisticated estate-planning department. We work with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in matters involving trusts and wills, accounting actions, breach of fiduciary duty claims, reformation suits, estate and trust administration disputes, as well as other fiduciary litigation. Many involve complicated family relationships and sensitive issues. We understand the sensitive nature of these matters and work closely with our clients to navigate the practical, economic, and emotional obstacles that inevitably surface during these disputes. JD from an ABA-accredited law school, and member of Florida Bar Admission or willingness to sit for the Florida Bar, Bar exam in good standing the near future is required.
