Burns White has 12 offices across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. The established team in our Huntington WV office works on a variety of matters including insurance defense and bad faith, personal injury, and construction. Our work can be demanding at times, but it is rewarding and challenging and offers growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have?

• License to practice in West Virginia
• Second license in Ohio strongly preferred
• Litigation experience (experience taking depositions a plus)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities
• Interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Skills to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and learn and do new things

The salary range for attorney positions is $90,000 ? 180,000 based on position, length and applicability of experience, scope of responsibility, and ability to bring or potential to expand business.
