Job Description
We are looking for an experienced litigation associate attorney with experience in high-stakes litigation to join our ranks. A successful candidate will possess a strong academic record from a top law school; 7+ years-experience years- experience in complex commercial litigation in matters including, but not limited to, trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions; federal or state supreme court clerkship (preferred); and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Success in this position requires a positive, energetic attitude and dedicated work ethic. In addition to the above credentials, we are looking for someone who has experience with and possesses the following qualities: Established research and writing capabilities Drafted demand letters, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Taken/defended depositions Managed large document collection and production Experienced in all phases of discovery Trial and arbitration experience Managed junior associates on case team Communicated with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and others Collaborated across various teams BraunHagey & Borden LLP is a nationally recognized boutique law firm based in San Francisco and New York.
