Job Description

The New Orleans office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, P.C. seeks a litigation attorney with two or more years of litigation experience, ideally tort litigation and insurance defense, for a non-shareholder track position. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, exceptional research and writing skills, and experience drafting and arguing motions; taking and defending depositions; evaluating, interviewing, and deposing experts; and running files autonomously are sought to assume responsibility in an active litigation practice. Trial experience in state and federal court is preferred. Louisiana law license required. Please include your resume, cover letter, and law school transcript with your application.
