Litigation Attorney

Ice Miller is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years' of litigation experience to join our Indianapolis office and become part of a team that represents clients in a variety of litigation matters around the country. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, strong oral communication skills, a team-oriented mentality, and be a motivated self-starter with strong law school credentials and references. This is a non-partnership track position that presents significant flexibility in terms of billable hours. Interact with clients, participate in case strategy discussions, and be responsible for executing litigation strategy Collaborate with talented and team-oriented attorneys across offices Independently manage various stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, and conducting legal research At least 3 years of experience practicing law in a law firm and in-house environment
