Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with experience in habitability or landlord/tenant disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to champion our clients while working alongside a vibrant and cooperative team.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
• Provide clients with strategic legal advice to secure favorable outcomes.
• Supervise and effectively delegate tasks to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
• Formulate case strategies and solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Active bar membership.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in habitability law.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
