We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Habitability Department. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with experience in habitability or landlord/tenant disputes. This is an exciting opportunity to champion our clients while working alongside a vibrant and cooperative team.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice.
- Provide clients with strategic legal advice to secure favorable outcomes.
- Supervise and effectively delegate tasks to paralegals, law clerks, and administrative personnel.
- Ensure timely compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules
- Formulate case strategies and solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Active bar membership.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in habitability law.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
