Litigation Attorney - First Party Property

TheOrlando office of Kubicki Draper seeks an associate Attorney with 4+ years of first party property insurance defense experience in central Florida.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, discovery responses and other legal documents.
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements.

• Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Communicate in a highly effective manner with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in litigation, specifically first party property/insurance defense.
• Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are our compass. We expect strong client service.
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
