The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of litigation experience. The Day-To-Day As an associate in Litigation/Labor & Employment practices, you'll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking background screening cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have At least 5 years of litigation experience. Fair Credit Reporting Act experience. Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience. Strong work ethic. Excellent academic credentials. Strong analytical and communication skills. Admission to the North Carolina or Georgia bar preferred.
