Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for experienced Litigation Attorneys located in Dallas and Houston, Texas. The Attorney will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks related to law, including court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role requires strong litigation skills and the ability to provide effective and determined representation to clients in the courtroom and during negotiations. Ideal candidates are those who draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and notices for filing. Our attorneys must exercise critical skills, superior communication and organizational skills, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision at times. Candidates must be willing to collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective legal strategies and case management plans. 2+ years of litigation experience. Significant litigation and trial experience are a plus.
