Dallas Haynes Boone is seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ 4-5 years of experience (JD ?19 & ?20 preferred) to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate would have experience with white collar defense, securities enforcement and litigation, False Claims Act/healthcare litigation, antitrust counseling and litigation, and internal investigations. Candidates should have strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, and demonstrated leadership and management skills, and should enjoy working in a collaborative and team-oriented setting. Experience as a federal judicial clerk is a plus.
