Reinhart?s Minneapolis Office is seeking to hire a litigation associate with 1- 5 years of experience to support our Employee Benefits team. To be successful, the candidate will have litigation experience, (preferably gained while practicing in both state and federal court), and superior research, analytical, and writing skills. The position involves managing a high volume of litigation files including federal, state, and administrative cases. This associate will be required to make appearances primarily in federal court, but also in state and administrative hearings. Finally, the position requires expertise in federal and state rules of civil procedure.
