Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. news in their list of ?Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms? , is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing employment law. The candidate would be joining a growing, to join our dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

KD?s Dallas Labor and Employment practice includes employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, as well as traditional employment law matters.team.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, and handle oral arguments in state and federal courts.
• Lead cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout.

• JD from an ABA approved Law School.
• Admittance in Texas.
• A minimum of 5 years of employment or general liability litigation experience.
• Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills .
