Litigation Associate Attorney

The Los Angeles office of WSHB is looking for associate applicants with at least 1-3 years of experience for its expanding litigation defense group. You must be licensed in California - no exceptions. Ideal candidates will have experience propounding and summarizing discovery, summarizing documents including medical records and retaining experts. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. Experience in insurance defense litigation and general familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines is preferred.
