Line Lead

Our client, a dynamic player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Line Lead to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate:

$18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to the production schedule.

Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules to ensure timely completion.

Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.

Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.

Assist in identifying and resolving production issues to maintain efficiency.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Ability to analyze production data and identify areas for improvement.

Proficiency in using production scheduling software or tools.
