Job Description
CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses within the Orlando area upcoming projects. All shifts are available: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem. Responsibilities potentially including but not limited to:
- Recording a patient's medical information accurately
- Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and rules
- Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
- Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
- Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort and instructions
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. as needed.
- Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

Requirements
- Current State of Florida LPN license required in good standing.
- Minimum ASN and/or BSN preferred, not required.
- Proven experience as LPN
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology
- Above average physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress.
- Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds.
- Must submit to and pass a drug screen, background check.
- Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that shows your identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position.
- Full immunization record must be presented before hire, Covid vaccine not included.
- BLS and ACLS certificates
- Bilingual (Highly Preferred not Required)
Schedule
- Day Shift - 8am - 5pm (subject to change)
- Open Monday through Friday
