Job Description
- Shift Time: 3p-11p
- Per Diem
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients? vital signs and report any significant changes.
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Valid and active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LPN preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
