Licensed Practical Nurse

Loving Touch Staffing Agency is looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients' vital signs, assisting with wound care, and supporting patients' daily living activities. You will play a crucial role in patient assessment and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal healthcare delivery. We seek LPNs who demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and have a passion for improving patient outcomes.

• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
• Provide care for patients with varying degrees of illness or injury
• Support patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
