Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled care facility in Queens, NY . This part-time position focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care to long-term care residents on weekends, ensuring adherence to care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Position Details:
- Location: Queens, NY
- Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
- Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Hourly Rate: $47/hour
Your Role:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
- Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols
- Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
- Licensure:
- Active New York State LPN license
- Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
- Experience: 1+ year in long-term care settings
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability to evening shifts, and teamwork
