Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a skilled care facility in Queens, NY . This part-time position focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality care to long-term care residents on weekends, ensuring adherence to care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Position Details:

• Location: Queens, NY
• Employment Type: Part-Time (Weekends Only)
• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Hourly Rate: $47/hour

Your Role:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to implement care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
• Ensure compliance with infection control and facility protocols
• Respond to emergencies and provide timely interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Licensure:
• Active New York State LPN license
• Proof of Hepatitis B immunity (required)
• Experience: 1+ year in long-term care settings
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, adaptability to evening shifts, and teamwork
