What You'll Be Doing:

- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client's story and needs.
- Develop and adjust personalized treatment plans as clients progress.
- Keep detailed and organized records to support therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.
- Provide guidance and support during client crises with professionalism and care.
Requirements
