Job Description

LMFT Full-Time in Phoenix, AZ Impact Lives Through Therapy
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to helping clients overcome obstacles and improve their relationships. Join our team and help individuals and families thrive.

Our Practice : We are a counseling center focused on using evidence-based therapies to support clients in reaching their mental health goals. We believe in the power of collaborative care and strive to create a nurturing environment for clients.

Job Type : Full-Time
Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM 5 PM

Responsibilities :

Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
Provide therapy using a variety of techniques and methods.
Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive care.
Keep accurate, up-to-date client records.

Compensation : $90k - $110k per year with benefits.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Master's or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
Valid LMFT license Arizona.
Experience with diverse populations and presenting issues.
Strong communication skills.
Ongoing commitment to professional development.
