- Guiding clients and their families toward understanding treatment plans and community resources.
- Staying informed about advancements in mental health care and integrating evidence-based practices.
- Participating in case reviews to ensure the highest quality of care.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Active LCSW license in the state.
- Experience working with older adults is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to client well-being.
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
