What You'll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment planning
• Manage and maintain timely documentation within a HIPAA-compliant EHR system
• Engage in regular clinical consultation and peer collaboration via virtual team meetings
• Maintain ethical and culturally responsive care across a diverse caseload
• Focus on therapyour support staff handles scheduling, billing, and tech assistance

Requirements

• A Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed to practice independently in California
• Experienced or comfortable providing therapy virtually with strong communication and telehealth etiquette
• Passionate about increasing access to mental health services in underserved or remote communities
• Grounded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally inclusive care practices
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while staying connected with a team
