Job Opportunity: Licensed Certified Social WorkerClinical (LCSW-C)
Location: Annapolis, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + Benefits Position Overview

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated LCSW-C to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide individual and/or group psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan and be excited to work in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, or families
Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with team members and participate in supervision or consultation (as applicable)
Uphold ethical and professional standards according to Maryland licensing regulations

Requirements

Active LCSW-C license in the state of Maryland (required)
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing culturally competent care
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Comfortable with (or open to learning) electronic health record (EHR) systems
