Job Description
We are seeking a lawyer with significant experience in commercial lending and secured transactions who is capable of taking a first chair role in corporate, commercial and asset-based financing matters. Experience in M&A and corporate transactions would be helpful. A commitment to a team approach to the handling of client service matters and collaboration with team members within our firm and with counterparties is essential. Admission to The Florida Bar or a willingness to becoming admitted is required.
