As a part of Premium Boutique Legal Recruiting Firm, Direct Counsel brings Legal local market intel to offer exceptional and exemplary workforce solutions to premier law firms and in-house legal departments, both locally and nationally.

As a Boutique Firm, at Direct Counsel , we work closely with organizations in a nimble manner to add value and provide top legal talent.

Requirements

Recruiting attorneys and legal professionals for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
In-depth interviewing with attorneys and legal professional candidates to assess qualifications
Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
Extending offers of employment to attorneys and legal professional candidates and negotiating compensation packages
Assisting clients and candidates in making discreet and informed employment decisions

Qualifications:

Must have strong understanding of the legal industry
Enthusiastic and highly motivated
Prior sales experience - client services
Business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
Legal background and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role
JD strongly preferred
