This is a Legal Counsel role is a legal partner role to supporting our Reinsurance Solutions business unit, with a sharp focus on advising on the development contractual and sale of legal frameworks behind our risk knowledge tech platforms/tools intelligence platforms and other fee-based service offerings, including digital services. You'll advise on the development, commercialization, and regulatory positioning of our flagship SaaS offerings?such as Risk Data & Services (RDS), CatNet CatNet, and Magnum solutions and other Magnum?as well as bespoke consulting services.engagements.

Our team comprises 10 people professionals based in locations across Europe and North America.America, embedded in the heart of Swiss Re?s innovation engine and backed by Swiss Re's global Legal & Compliance function. We support the company?s diversification into tech-driven revenue streams and are passionate about delivering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice. The estimated base salary range for this position is $156,000 to $240,000. The specific salary offered for this or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. At Swiss Re, we take a "total compensation approach" when making compensation decisions. This means that we consider all components of compensation in their totality (such as base pay, short-and long-term incentives, and benefits offered), in setting individual compensation.
