The Legal Counsel should be a diplomatic and self-directed problem-solver with the ability to think critically and outside of the box to advance shifting priorities. Competitive candidates will have experience with employment law, civil litigation, complex commercial contracts, all varieties of warranty matters, expertise in legal research and writing to advise on legalities, as well as experience with personnel management.
