Leasing Professional needed to complete an awesome team in Ft Myers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of property management and legal administrative processes.

Bilingual candidates preferred but not required

Responsibilities
Conduct property tours for potential residents and effectively showcase the features and benefits of the property
Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Prepare leasing agreements and related documentation accurately
Utilize Onesite or similar software to maintain leasing records and resident information
Handle resident concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist in the development of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates
Upsell additional services or amenities to prospective residents

Requirements

Requirements

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing laws

Proven track record in sales and customer service

Strong conflict management skills

Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to leasing contracts

Experience with Onesite or other property management software is a plus
