Summary:
The Leasing Manager at PeakMade Real Estate will serve as a vital leader responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing efforts of our vibrant communities. This role will require you to work closely with the property management team to ensure that leasing strategies and community events align with our values, and effectively drive occupancy and revenue. Your ability to connect with residents and prospects will enhance the living experience at our properties and contribute to our mission of creating exceptional homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing and Relationship Management: Hire, train, and mentor leasing staff, demonstrating the leadership qualities that PeakMade embodies. Ensure a seamless experience through excellent customer service and by fostering community spirit.
- Marketing and Promotion: Execute innovative marketing strategies that outreach and engage potential residents while managing the property's online presence across various platforms.
- Event Coordination: Plan and implement engaging community-focused events that promote resident interaction and community pride. Enhance resident satisfaction through thoughtful engagement initiatives.
- Technology Integration: Leverage technology and social media tools to maintain a compelling presence online and to facilitate the leasing process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience in off-campus student housing or related fields.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings.
- Proven proficiency with social media, digital marketing tools, and property management software.
