Leasing Consultant

We are currently seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team at The Signature at Schilling Farms, one of our most luxurious properties located in the premier city of Collierville, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

As a Leasing Consultant, your primary goal will be to support the leasing and resident retention efforts while promoting a welcoming and professional environment.

Leasing & Sales

• Conduct property tours and present apartments to prospective residents
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person
• Close lease agreements and guide applicants through the leasing process

Resident Relations

• Foster positive relationships with current residents
• Address resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Support community-building initiatives and resident events

Administrative Tasks

• Process lease applications and maintain accurate records
• Assist with daily office functions, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with property policies and procedures

Marketing & Outreach

• Maintain an appealing leasing office and model units
• Support marketing efforts and contribute ideas to attract new residents
• Represent the community positively during all interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of leasing or related customer service experience preferred
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
