Connections Outsourcing is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to join our growing team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, showcasing our properties' features and amenities and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will play a vital role in achieving leasing goals and driving occupancy rates while maintaining a high level of service and tenant satisfaction.
You will be responsible for marketing and promoting available units, conducting property tours for prospective tenants, and guiding them through the leasing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and a strong understanding of the leasing process. Your ability to connect with potential tenants and address their needs will be key in successfully closing leases and fostering positive relationships with new residents. - Greet and engage prospective residents, providing detailed information about available properties and their features.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the amenities and benefits of living in our community.
- Assist potential tenants in completing rental applications and prepare lease agreements.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with prospective and current tenants to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market available units through online platforms, social media, and community outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, inventory, and rental applications.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage potential clients.
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate potential tenant schedules.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Motivated by sales goals and results, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
