Leasing and Resident Coordinator

Annie's Townhomes is currently seeking a team player with customer service or hospitality experience to join our team in a part-time role as Leasing and Resident Coordinator. Our Leasing and Resident Coordinators are key team members and are responsible for executing our community's leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and resident retention goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Meet residents and guests to the Leasing Office with a friendly welcome from the reception desk
• Secure leases on available apartments by greeting, qualifying, touring, and closing prospective residents
• Monitor automated lead generation and outreach and provide manual follow-up as necessary
• Coordinate and conduct tours for prospects
• Meet with prospective residents and use persuasive selling skills to share information about our community
• Process applications, leases, and move-in paperwork
• Answer phones, voicemails, and emails on a daily basis
• Respond in a timely manner to all prospects and residents
• Help manage resident relations, including collecting rents and notifying residents of delinquency
• Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents
• Utilize property management software to track resident and prospective tenant activity
• Help plan and run resident activities
• Assist community manager with other duties as needed

ABOUT YOU

• At least one year of customer service or hospitality experience, property management experience a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in and ability to learn property management software (OneSite / RealPage a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a a proven track record in sales
• Outgoing and able to related to people with exceptional customer service skills
• Team player who maintains and promotes a positive attitude
• Willing to work a flexible part-time schedule, typically 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday - Friday through Saturday
