About the Role As a Leasing Agent, you'll?play a vital role in supporting day-to-day operations by helping fill vacancies, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Daily Operations?

• Prepare units for showings and move-ins.

• Conduct?property inspections to ensure cleanliness and readiness.

• Utilize digital platforms to manage scheduling, applications, and communications.

• Greet and?assist?prospective renters in a professional and friendly manner.

• Provide?accurate?information on availability, pricing, and leasing terms.

• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.

• Deliver high-quality service throughout the pre-move-in process.

• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual property tours.

• Showcase?community features and apartment amenities during tours.

• Guide?applicants through the rental application and leasing process.

• Prepare and explain lease agreements and documentation.

• Manage online listings and keep marketing materials up to date.

• Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media and community outreach.

• Collect and document application fees, deposits, and rent payments.

• Maintain?accurate?records of leads, applications, and lease agreements.

• Update leasing software and databases (Excel experience preferred; training provided).

• Support reporting activities, including daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.

• Assist?with lease renewals and move-in coordination.

• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations (training provided).

• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and supervisors.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• No prior leasing experience required?comprehensive training provided.

• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.

• Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and online platforms.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel; willingness to learn new tools.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management.

• Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated.
