About the Role As a Leasing Specialist, you?are?the first impression of the FLATS brand.?You?ll?guide prospective residents through the full leasing journey?from?initial?inquiry to move-in?while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is motivated by building relationships and closing deals.

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by engaging prospective residents and providing personalized property tours??

• Drive leasing performance by following up on leads, negotiating terms, and closing leases to meet occupancy goals??

• Provide a warm, solutions-oriented experience that?anticipates?needs and resolves concerns to support resident satisfaction and retention??

• Manage leasing operations, including processing applications, preparing lease agreements, and?maintaining?accurate?records??

• Stay current on pricing, availability, and promotions while ensuring units are market-ready and coordinating move-ins and move-outs??

• Maintain awareness of local market trends and represent the brand at community events and marketing initiatives

Requirements Qualifications?

• Previous?luxury lease-up experience?required??

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills??

• Excellent communication and professional presence??

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail??

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment??

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends??
