Your Role:

As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will take on a pivotal role in managing and overseeing complex IT projects. Your extensive experience in managing systems and infrastructures will be crucial as you work closely with our consulting teams. You will ensure that projects are executed successfully by communicating effectively, managing budgets, and monitoring project timelines and risks. You will be responsible for analyzing data, making informed recommendations, and driving solutions based on your understanding of both technical and business needs.

This position can be based out of our corporate headquarters in Milpitas or can be performed remotely. You will actively engage in deploying, integrating, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud-based systems, contributing to our innovative solutions landscape which comprises:

Requirements

• Strong experience with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS services.
• Proven skills in installing, configuring, and managing VMWare infrastructures.
• Experience with enterprise storage solutions such as NetApp.
• In-depth knowledge of Veeam backup software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration, especially in complex environments.
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, including Azure Directory.
• Experience in SSO/MFA integration with cloud services such as Office 365 and G Suite.
• Familiarity with MDM solutions, preferably Workspace One.
• Proficient in Windows PowerShell, particularly in relation to Microsoft Azure and Exchange Server.
• Strong fundamentals in systems engineering and platform architecture.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in implementing Office 365 in medium-sized environments.
• Knowledge of email security principles and best practices.
• Exposure to AWS and AWS backup solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with patch management and image building (experience with MDT preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of Systems Administration experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365, including migrations.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to take complete ownership of tasks and deliver results on time.
