Lead Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Principal / Lead Solution Engineer to architect and deliver scalable, high-impact technical solutions. This role involves hands-on solution development, team mentorship, and close collaboration with stakeholders to optimize efficiency across pre-sales, integration, and implementation processes. You'll play a key role in guiding engineering teams, ensuring robust troubleshooting, and contributing to product evolution.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver scalable and reliable technical solutions with seamless data integration.
• Lead and mentor a team of solution engineers, helping them navigate complex technical challenges.
• Drive pre-sales engineering efforts including feasibility studies and responding to RFQs.
• Define and enforce best practices for root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Partner with software engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MCA (regular), preferably in Computer Science.
• 58 years of experience in software development, systems architecture, and database management.
• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, or Golang.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex technical solutions within timelines and resource constraints.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams while actively contributing as an individual contributor.
• A degree from a top-tier institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics is a plus.
