Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. Starting Wages from $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience!
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
- Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
- Proficiency with all of the following:
- Refrigerant handling
- High & low voltage wiring
- Ductwork
- Sheet metal fabrication
- California building code
