Seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. We offer a dynamic work environment, competitive compensation, and significant growth opportunities.

Starting Wages from $45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience!

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
Proficiency with all of the following:
- Refrigerant handling
- High & low voltage wiring
- Ductwork
- Sheet metal fabrication
- California building code
