Job Description

Lead Product Manager Role: We're hiring a Lead PM to own new bets ? new businesses, new revenue lines, new product categories. This is a 0-to-1 charter reporting directly to the Head of Product. You'll take ideas from conception to launch: size the opportunity, run discovery, shape the wedge, ship V1, and figure out what becomes a business. You'll operate with the autonomy of a founder and the distribution of 60M users.

What you'll do:

Own a portfolio of 0-to-1 bets across new businesses, growth, and monetisation
Size markets, run customer discovery, and form sharp views on where Apna should play next
Ship V1s fast, AI-native by default, and iterate based on real signal
Partner directly with the CEO, Head of Product, and functional heads to align strategy and execution
Build in ambiguity ? define the problem, the metric, and the motion
Kill bets that aren't working; double down on the ones that are

Requirements

5+ years in product management, ideally in consumer internet startups, with exposure to high scale, with proven 0-to-1 work
Sharp customer sense, product sense, and business acumen ? you know what to build, why, and for whom
High agency. You find the wedge and go; you don't wait for direction
AI-native, not AI-curious. You build with AI in the loop for discovery, design, and shipping
Founder mentality. You own outcomes, not activities, and are ruthless on prioritization
Thrives in ambiguity. Turns messy problem spaces into testable hypotheses
