Lead Operator Instructor

First Division Consulting is seeking a(n) Operator Instructor to lead the team and drive the development of training curriculum for MAGTF C2 systems. This role focuses on curriculum oversight, training delivery, and ensuring adherence to Marine Corps training standards.

The contractor shall perform the following:

• Lead curriculum development and training delivery for MAGTF C2 systems.
• Oversee training schedules and ensure adherence to Marine Corps formal learning guidelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for training-related issues.

Requirements

• Certified as a Master Instructor and MAWTS-1 C3 Weapons and Tactics Instructor.
• Extensive experience with MACCS systems and formal training environments.
• Knowledge of tactical data links, sensor netting systems, and radar operations.
• An Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
