Job Description


First Division Consulting is seeking a(n) Maintainer Instructor to serve as the Lead and oversee curriculum development and training delivery for MAGTF C2 systems. This role ensures all training is instructionally sound and aligned with Marine Corps standards.

The candidate shall perform the following task:

  • Lead the maintenance instructor team in developing and delivering curriculum.
  • Manage training schedules and oversee instructor performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in the maintenance of MACCS systems.

Requirements

  • Certified as a Master Instructor in military training.
  • Extensive experience maintaining and configuring MACCS systems.
  • Proficiency in tactical data links, Cisco hardware, and RF propagation.
  • An Active Secret clearance is Required.
  • Must be a US citizen.
