Overview:
Lead Infrastructure Services Engineer needed to provide third-level support for Virtual Desktop
infrastructure and implement enterprise systems. Role requires technical consultation expertise
and high-level project development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide third-level VDI environment support
Implement new systems, upgrades, and modifications
Manage iGel OS platform and endpoint automation
Perform system analysis and develop reporting metrics
Interface with vendors and cross-functional teams
Train help desk and operations staff
Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation

Required Skills:
5+ years experience with Desktop/Remote Access Technologies, VDI, Citrix Cloud
Expert in CVAD, NetScaler, Provisioning Services, Machine Creation Services
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Azure Cloud Services, IGEL platform
Experience with SysTrack, SQL Server, IIS, Ivanti
PowerShell scripting proficiency
Project management and leadership ability
Strong communication skills
ITIL framework knowledge
Disaster recovery expertise
